Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean演員) 6月3號喺Guardian投咗篇文：「I love electric vehicles — and was an early adopter. But increasingly I feel duped」，對英國政府喺2040年禁售電油/油渣車持反對意見，指除了電動車之後仲應該要發展氫能、人工石油(synthetic fuel)等等。
